Terms of Service

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid products and services purchased through vesseldm.com or under invoice from Vessel Digital, LLC, including one-time projects (e.g. website builds, custom feature development) and subscription-based services (e.g. maintenance plans, hosting, support agreements).


Eligibility for Refund
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must be up to date on any invoices—outstanding balances may be deducted from any refund due.


Refunds for One-Time Services
  • Work not yet performed: If we have not begun work on your project or engagement, you may cancel at any time for a full refund.
  • Work in progress: If we have already started but not completed the work, refunds will be pro-rated based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Completed work: Once deliverables have been handed off (e.g. final website files, completed feature code), no refund will be issued.


Subscription & Recurring Services

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.


Refunds:

  • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel within the first 14 days of an annual subscription, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused balance. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided.


How to Request a Refund

Email support@vesseldm.com with:

  • Your name and account or invoice number
  • Date of purchase and description of the service
  • Reason for the refund request


We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and advise you of any next steps.


Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party fees we’ve already paid on your behalf (e.g. domain registration, plugin licenses)
  • Non-refundable deposits on custom projects (unless we have not yet started work)
  • Digital downloads or deliverables once accessed or delivered
  • Support hours already consumed


Modifications to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on vesseldm.com/refund with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
